Samuel started playing music in late May locally at The Causeway in Vic Park after he began to write as a form of closure after certain experiences from failed relationships and an overall lack of self worth.

 

Quickly his lyrical honesty and unorthodox ambient style appeared to connect with audiences and so he continued. Beginning to play any show he could physically get his hands on and in the meantime better his performance and working to pay for better equipment to contribute to his ever growing lust for effects and disjointed sounds.

 

His style pays tribute to his influences like Jeff Buckley, Icelandic Post-Rock group Sigur Ros and Bon Iver. He is a fresh face on the Perth Singer Songwriter scene and after establishing himself throughout Winter he looks forward to the potential growth that Summer could bring.

 

His face is one you will only see more of as he is not slowing down, but just beginning...
